Conditions of Sale

  1. Quote remains valid only while stock is in store (unless otherwise stated)
  2. Prices are based on Stock on Hand(unless otherwise stated)
  3. Variation to quantities or goods, may require a re-quotation
  4. Cheques only accepted with prior arrangements.
  5. Further terms and conditions may be read on the General Terms and conditions document, which are available at the counter.

Return Policy

  1. Returning goods for exchange attracts a restocking fee :
    • Same day 5%
    • Next day 10%
    • Note: Day ends at close of business
  2. Cables that have been specifically cut will not be accepted.
  3. Returns will not be considered unless :
    • Good returned to the store within 14 days

      • Or

    • written notification has been received within 14 days of the customer taking receipt of the goods.
  4. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  5. Goods must be as new and in original undamaged packaging.
  6. Returns will not be refunded in cash. Exchange is permitted.
  7. Return of goods specifically purchased on behalf of customer may not be returned unless for warranty purposes.
